Who we are, how we source and edit, which data is free to reuse, and the logo files — everything a newsroom, educator, or partner needs in one place.
Global Financial Info is an independent, ad-free financial literacy publisher. It covers personal finance, markets, and global economic policy in plain English, across 18 subject categories, with no paywall and no sponsored content.
The reader experience is free and stays free: a daily brief by email, the In-Depth weekday edition, a podcast and video desk, more than 1,400 plain-English glossary definitions, and printable country report cards built from our own policy-rate data. Everything is edited in-house and published under one name, Global Financial Info.
The rules the desk works to, stated plainly.
The datasets behind our reporting — the Global Policy Rate Map (39 economies), the plain-English financial glossary, and the world market holidays calendar — are free to reuse under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 with attribution to Global Financial Info. Each is mirrored on three platforms:
The three datasets are described together on the datasets page, and their fields and update cadence are documented in the policy-rate methodology.
Vector lockups for dark and light backgrounds, the square mark, and the PNG we ship as the app icon.
Use the lockup wherever there is room and the mark alone where there is not. Please don't recolor, stretch, or add effects to either, and leave clear space around the mark roughly equal to the height of the newspaper shape inside it. Our name and marks may be used to refer to us in editorial coverage; use should not imply that we endorse or sponsor anything.
Interviews, data questions, custom charts, classroom use, or a comment on a market story — one address for all of it:
